Another gloomy, cloudy day in Eau Claire, WI.  Current temperature is 4 degrees but the wind chill feels more like -12.  The wind is coming out of the Northwest at about 19 MPH.  For the rest of the day I would expect weather conditions to stay the same with possible snow flurries throughout the day.  With the wind coming out of the Northwest you can expect that tonight is going to be very cold.
